Welcome to the Mermaid Hideaway! This vacation townhome is within a short walking distance to Miramar Beach and Pompano Joe's. This lovely 2 Bed, 2.5 bath unit features a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen for in-unit dining. It sleeps 6 comfortably which makes it the ideal spot for a small family retreat! You'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and a cooler are available for your use. Come experience the beach with us!
The Space:
The Master Bedroom includes a King size bed, ensuite shower, bath, patio with seating, flat-screen tv, and blackout curtains.
The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, twin bed w/trundle ensuite shower, smart tv, and blackout curtains.
The Living Room includes a smartTV,  and 2 deep cushion couches.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, drink ware, and utensils necessary for in-unit dining and includes a small breakfast bar. Additionally, you’ll find that the dining area is large enough to seat 6.
The Washer and Dryer are located off the kitchen where you’ll also find cleaning towels necessary for any small messes should they arise.
The Back Patio includes a small area for grilling as well as a spot for rinsing off those sandy feet after a day at the beach. Inside the attached storage locker, you’ll find all your beach day essentials.
You’ll enjoy Free Wi-fi and Cable Television throughout the home with Roku Devices in each Room for your streaming pleasure.
2 heated Community pools are located within the Woodland shores complex, with areas for BBQs and lounging.

Due to HOA restrictions, this unit requires the primary renter to be of at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. Max occupancy is 6 guests. Additionally, no pets are allowed at this rental or on the premises of the Woodland Shores Complex. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. CHECK-IN IS AT 4 PM. No exceptions at this time.
All linens and towels are supplied; however, we respectively ask that you not use unit-supplied towels for beach use.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
